How We Did It: Starting a Local Property Partnership

Introducing the partnership pilot in June 2023.

Wandsworth Town Property Partnership (WTPP) is a collaborative project between Wandsworth Borough Council (WBC) and Platform Places. TbD will be delivering an initiative on behalf this local partnership to unlock buildings and assets for an affordable and sustainable future.

This innovative model brings together community organisers, council officers and asset owners in Wandsworth Town to develop a sustainable, long-term partnerships focused on securing properties for community use and benefit.

With early seed funding from Legal & General, the partnership will prototype a WTPP community hub that will test ideas and innovations to deliver new models of community wealth and delivery in a safe space.
